Carol Clark has been working in Sarasota’s market for nearly 6 years. Her enthusiasm for accomplishing big things along with her warmth, knowledge, and natural sales abilities make Carol a leading real estate professional in southwest Florida. Her specialty is marketing distinctive luxury properties on the barrier islands and in exclusive mainland neighborhoods.

Carol grew up in a military family and developed a strong work ethic at an early age. Her tenacity has taken her from graduating Purdue University with honors to the corporate world of an exciting Fortune 100 company. She became director of human resources and labor relations before aiming her energies toward real estate. Within a short span of time Carol became an esteemed top producer. She draws from her experience and education to ensure smooth real estate transactions.

As someone who’s visited more than 25 countries and lived in different parts of the world, Carol quickly connects with the people she meets. She has a wonderful ability to remember names, faces and places. Strategizing each home with careful attention to detail she makes any property stand out from the rest.

Carol has the benefit of working with her husband, general contractor Paul Clark. Their partnership has given her an exceptional insight to home construction and improvement, and the two work hand-in-hand to turn seller’s wishes into reality.

Carol and Paul are delighted to be part of the SKY Sotheby’s team and have one son who attends Pine View School and loves to play basketball.
